- The nominated business must be stable and have been generating positive cash flow from operations for a period of six (6) consecutive months.
- The turnaround or pivotal event must have been completed between April 1, 2012 and December 31, 2014.
- The nominated business must be registered and headquartered in Canada.
- Both clients and non-clients of BDC are eligible.
- Both members and non-members of TMA-Montreal are eligible.
Who Can Nominate
Individuals, organizations, lenders or investors or any key stakeholder with access to complete, relevant information and the consent of the entrepreneur to be nominated may submit a nomination form. Entrepreneurs are allowed to nominate themselves.
